AI strategy, team training, and built-for-you systems · Spring City, Utah
A business that runs smoother. A team that works on what matters.
Arise is the AI operations partner for owner-led companies. We find where time and work get lost across your business, build the systems that fix it, and train your team to run with them. The owner sees everything.
Enhance your team, don't replace it.
Systems we built and run today for
Your team types the same information into three different tools.
Handoffs between the front desk, sales, and the field depend on someone remembering.
Scheduling takes message after message. Follow-up waits for a free minute. You find out what happened only when you ask.
Nobody is short on effort. The business just isn't set up to run without you in the middle.
That's why we built Arise.
We decide what's worth fixing, build it for you, and stay to run it with your team. Led by Brill Hernandez, who has served as a CMO and a CEO.

Find the leak. Build it. Run it.
A leak is anywhere time, work, or information gets lost. Wasted time. Dropped handoffs. Manual work. Scattered tools. Blind spots for the owner. Lost leads are one kind, not the main one.

What we built, and how the business runs now.
What each system does for the team that uses it. Where we show a number, it comes from a system we run today.
Intake and scheduling, off the front office's plate.
From first call to booked appointment, automated.
The AI voice agent answers, qualifies, books, and follows up. Hybar's team spends that time on other important work. It isn't meant to replace the team. It makes the team stronger. Supporting proof: 92 appointments booked in August 2026.

Questions
What companies ask first.
We're not short on leads. Does this still apply?
Yes. Leads are one example, not the main one. Most of what we fix is inside the business: handoffs between departments, scheduling, follow-up, admin steps your team repeats every day, and updates the owner has to chase. The Roadmap looks at all of it.
What parts of the business do you look at?
Operations, sales, service, admin, and marketing. We look at how work moves between them: who picks it up, which tools it passes through, where it waits, and what the owner can and can't see. Then we rank what's worth fixing first.
How is Arise different from other AI companies?
We look at the whole business, not one department. We build on a platform we already run, so you get a finished system quickly. And we show results that already happened, not projections.
Will this replace my staff?
No. We build AI to take repetitive steps off your team's plate: answering the first ring, asking the same intake questions, booking, sending reminders and follow-ups, and moving information from one tool to the next. Your people keep the conversations and decisions that need a person.
Is this right for a company our size?
If work or messages slip between people, your team repeats the same manual steps, or you can't see what's happening without asking, yes. Our clients include a home improvement company, a pet health business, a med spa with an online business, and a performing arts school.
We already tried AI, or an agency. Why would this be different?
Most attempts stop at a tool or a plan. We start with the leak that costs the most, build the fix, and stay to run it. If the Roadmap doesn't make sense to you, you keep it and walk away.
How much of our time will this take?
During the build, a few review calls. After launch, one monthly review.
How fast will we see results?
The Roadmap takes 1 to 2 weeks. We report results from the first full month.
We don't have a tech team. Can we still do this?
Yes. That's the point. We build, host, and maintain the systems. Your team learns to use them, and we handle the rest. The systems support the people you have. They don't ask you to hire new ones.

Already know the one fix you need? Start with Keystone.
Keystone is one finished system for one known problem, such as missed calls, a split inbox, or follow-up that never happens. It's a fast way to start, not the whole picture. If missed calls are the issue, run the missed-call math with your own numbers.
A one-time build, then about $3 a day to run it.
Every business has work that shouldn't need a person.
We find it, build the fix, and run it with your team.
30 minutes with Brill. We'll talk about how your business runs today, where time and work get lost, and whether a Roadmap makes sense. If one Keystone system would solve it, we'll say so.
