Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
AriseCRM is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy explains what we collect through our website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who this covers
This policy applies to the AriseCRM website at arisecrm.com, to the customer relationship management application we provide at app.arisecrm.com, and to the systems we build and run for businesses (Keystone).
It covers two different groups of people, and the difference matters:
- Visitors and prospective clients: anyone browsing this site or getting in touch with us.
- Clients: businesses who hold an account with us. Clients also load their own customers’ information into that account, which is dealt with separately in section 3.
2. Information we collect
Collected automatically
When you visit our site, some information is collected automatically, including your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the pages you view and your navigation patterns. We use this to analyse trends, administer the site and understand broadly how it is used. IP addresses are logged but are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Information you give us
You may also choose to share information with us directly, for example by booking a build call, using the business audit on our website, entering one of our giveaways, or emailing us. In those cases we collect details such as your:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business details relevant to your enquiry
We use this information to respond to you and to deliver the services you have asked for.
3. Data inside your account
If you are a client, your account holds information about your own contacts, leads and customers: names, phone numbers, email addresses, conversation history, appointments, and records of payments or invoices you raise through the platform.
That information is yours. We process it on your behalf so that we can run and support your account. We do not use your customers’ details for our own marketing, and we do not sell them.
Because that data is yours, you are responsible for having the right to collect and use it, including obtaining consent before sending marketing messages. Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions sets out what that means in practice.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide the services you have asked for
- Set up, run, support and improve your account
- Send service messages about your account, your billing, or a change to these policies
- Understand how our website is used, so that we can make it better
- Meet our legal, accounting and reporting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell the information held in your account.
5. Phone calls to our number
Our published number, (435) 704-9207, is answered by an AI receptionist rather than by a person. It answers at any hour, takes down what you need, and can book a build call for you. If you would rather deal with a person, say so on the call or email us, and somebody will come back to you.
Calls are recorded and transcribed, and a written summary of the call is saved in our CRM against your contact record. The greeting tells you so before the conversation begins. If you would prefer not to be recorded, please email us instead, using the address in section 16, and we will answer you there.
We use the recording, the transcript and the summary to answer your enquiry, to book and prepare for your call, to keep an accurate record of what was discussed, and to check and improve how the line handles calls. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not sell them.
Recordings, transcripts and summaries are kept with the rest of the record of your enquiry or your account, and section 10 explains how long that is. You can ask us to delete a recording of your own call, and section 11 explains how.
6. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number when you book a build call, we send you text messages about that booking: a confirmation when you book, a reminder the day before, and a reminder an hour before. That is up to three messages for each booking you make. We may also reply by text if you text us first. If you enter one of our giveaways and tick the box to receive texts, we send you one text confirming your entry.
- How we get your consent: the booking form asks you to confirm that you are happy to be contacted using the details you give us. The mobile number you type on that form is the number we use.
- How to stop them: reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You can also email us and ask.
- What they cost: we do not charge for these messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
- Who else sees your number: no one outside AriseCRM and the services that deliver our messages. We do not share your mobile number, or the fact that you agreed to be texted, with anyone else for their own marketing, and we do not sell either.
If you reply to one of those messages, your reply comes back to us and is stored with your contact record in our CRM.
7. The platform behind AriseCRM
AriseCRM is built on GoHighLevel, which we operate under our own brand. Your account data is stored and processed on that platform’s infrastructure as part of delivering the service to you.
Where you connect other tools to your account, such as a payment processor, an email or calendar provider, an advertising platform or an e-commerce store, information will also pass between your account and those services. Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy, and we would encourage you to read the ones that apply to you.
8. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website and the application use cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary, for example to keep you signed in or to remember a preference such as whether you have chosen the light or dark theme. Others help us understand how the site is used so that we can improve it.
The tools we use, by name
These load when you open a page on this website:
- Google Analytics: Google’s measurement tool. It tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and how they arrived, so that we can see what is useful and improve the site. We use it for reporting on the site as a whole, not to identify you personally.
- The Meta Pixel: from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells us whether a visit followed one of our adverts, and it allows Meta to show our advertising to people who have visited this site.
- The business audit on our audit page: provided by the platform described in section 7. It loads only on that page.
Turning them off
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, and many block third-party tracking by default. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the application working properly.
Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site that uses it, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Advertising shown to you by Meta is controlled from the ad preferences in your own Facebook or Instagram account settings.
9. How we share information
We share information only where we need to, and only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business and the platform, such as hosting, payment processing, email and messaging providers. They may only use the information to perform that work for us.
- Services you connect yourself, as described in section 7.
- Legal and regulatory bodies, where we are required by law to disclose information, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.
- A successor, if the business is ever sold or reorganised. Any successor would be bound by this policy.
Section 8 names the analytics and advertising tools that receive information about your visit to this website. The Meta Pixel in particular passes that information to Meta, which uses it within its own advertising system.
10. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet our legal, accounting and reporting obligations, or to resolve a dispute.
Enquiry details from people who never become clients are kept only for as long as they are useful in answering that enquiry. If you would like your information removed sooner, contact us and we will do so where we are able to.
11. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete information we no longer have a reason to keep
- Delete a recording or a transcript of a call you made to us
- Stop sending you marketing messages
- Stop texting you, which you can also do yourself by replying STOP to any message
Every marketing email we send also carries an unsubscribe link. To make any of these requests, email support@arisecrm.com.
If you are a customer of one of our clients rather than a client yourself, the business that contacted you controls that information. Please contact them directly, and we will support them in dealing with your request.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and we limit access to it to the people who need it in order to run your account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Links to other sites
Our website may contain links to external sites. AriseCRM has no control over the content or the privacy practices of those third parties and is not responsible for them. We encourage you to review the privacy statement of every website you visit.
14. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically so you stay informed about how we protect your information.
16. Contact us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, or you would like to make a request about your information, please get in touch.
