Legal
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of the AriseCRM website and services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing and using the AriseCRM website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AriseCRM governing your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. What we provide
AriseCRM is a done-for-you service. On every plan we set up and run the platform on your behalf, which may include your website and funnels, your pipelines and CRM, booking calendars, forms and surveys, automations, reviews, payments and integrations with the tools you already use. What is included depends on the plan you are on, as set out on our pricing page.
We may improve, change or replace parts of the platform over time. Where a change materially reduces what your system includes, we will tell you before it takes effect.
3. Fees, billing and cancellation
- Our published plans are billed monthly, in advance, at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- There is no setup fee on the published plans.
- The Entrepreneur and The Enterprise plans begin with a free 7-day trial.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Our fully managed plan is scoped and priced with you individually, and any build cost is agreed in writing before work begins.
Charges you incur through connected third-party services, such as advertising spend, payment processing fees, or telephony and messaging costs that exceed what your plan includes, are separate from your subscription and remain your responsibility.
If we change our prices, we will give you notice before the change applies to your account.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done through your account, including by the team members you invite to it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You must give us accurate account and billing information, and keep it up to date.
5. Your content and messaging
You keep ownership of everything you put into your account: your contacts, your customer data, your copy, your images and your brand. You grant us permission to host and process that material only so far as we need to in order to run and support your account.
You are responsible for the messages sent from your account. Before sending marketing texts, calls or emails you must have the consent the law requires, honour opt-outs promptly, and comply with the rules that apply to you. We build and run the system; the permission to contact your list has to come from you.
You confirm that you have the right to use the material you load into the platform, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Messages we send you
Separately from the messages you send, we send a small number of messages of our own. If you book a build call with us and give us your mobile number, we text you about that booking: a confirmation when you book, a reminder the day before, and a reminder an hour before. You agree to receive them when you book. Reply STOP to any of them and we will stop texting that number. We do not charge for these messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan, and we do not share your number with anyone else for their own marketing. Section 6 of our Privacy Policy sets out how we handle it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Break the law, or help anyone else to do so
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have opted out
- Send content that is misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene or harassing
- Infringe another party’s intellectual property or privacy rights
- Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or to another account
- Interfere with, overload or disrupt the service or the infrastructure behind it
- Resell the platform, or offer it to other businesses as your own product, without our written agreement. Your own customers seeing your brand on the calls, texts and emails we set up for you is part of the service.
7. Website use licence
Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials on the AriseCRM website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title. Under this licence, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server
This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions, and may be terminated by AriseCRM at any time. This section covers the marketing website only. Your rights to the service you subscribe to are covered by the rest of these terms.
8. Third-party platforms
Our service is delivered on GoHighLevel, which we operate under our own brand, and it connects to third-party services you choose, such as payment processors, email and calendar providers, advertising platforms and e-commerce stores.
Those services are provided by other companies under their own terms, and we do not control them. We are not responsible for their availability, their pricing, or a change they make to how they work.
9. Disclaimer
The materials on the AriseCRM website are provided on an “as is” basis. AriseCRM makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, AriseCRM does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. We do not guarantee any particular commercial result, such as a number of leads, bookings or sales.
10. Limitations of liability
In no event shall AriseCRM or its suppliers be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website or the services, even if AriseCRM or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Revisions and errata
The materials appearing on the AriseCRM website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AriseCRM does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
AriseCRM may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. AriseCRM does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
We may also revise these Terms and Conditions. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the “Last updated” date shows when it changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
12. External links
AriseCRM has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by AriseCRM of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
13. Suspension and termination
You may cancel as set out in section 3. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where fees remain unpaid after we have asked for them.
If your account ends, you may ask us for a copy of the data held in it, and we will provide it in a reasonable format where we are able to. Please make that request promptly, as accounts are not kept open indefinitely after cancellation.
14. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or locality.
15. Privacy
Your use of the AriseCRM website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by this reference. We collect personal information only for specified purposes, retain data only as long as needed, and protect it through reasonable security measures.
We are committed to transparent practices regarding information management and maintain confidentiality standards throughout all operations. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
